In this book of poems are expressed joys, pains, frustrations, and love, these expressions are held close to my heart and it gives me great pleasure to be able to share them with you. Interpretations of my thoughts and what I was going through at the time of their writings are yours and yours alone, my hope is that you read and receive them in the context of which they were written. They were written from the standpoint of my struggle with a troubled soul attempting to break free of the bondage of self-repression. At the time of my internal, spiritual awakening I was yet, still confused as to what I was put here to do with my life in light of what I’d already done to my life.
